My computer is a laptop Dell inspiron 1525 and has been working great until this morning I star getting the error something like "Flash.ocx" and it doesn’t go away or disappear while working until I closed it. OCX is related to flash player. If you remove flash player from your comp. and then re download it again it should fix the OCX error.

I run my reg cleaner every once in awhile….If there is an easy way to explain what the problems it finds in the registry to fix are, then please do so. I’m just curious what they are.

BAsically after a program is uniinstalled or maybe if a program ends early, the Register telling the computer what to do for that program is still running, which is like glue in your system, it confuses it and slows it down.
Reg, Cleaner helps by deleting those Registrys that are still in use even though they really arent

I’ve got a drive from my laptop I’d like to run (blue screen of death) to clean up to try to boot. I downloaded CCleaner as it’s come pretty well recommended. I’m running it from my wife’s laptop, looking at my hard drive through a USB/SATA dock. CCleaner will only clean the C: drive. Anyone know of a registry cleaner that can look at external drives?

Most reputable registry cleaners should be able to do that. – They have free scans
Just make sure you have your external drive connected when scanning.
Sidenote: Make sure no one plugs out your external drive while it’s scanning. Might destroy your system.
All the registry cleaning software i download only clean about 30 of 10000 errors found. It either tells me to buy online or upgrade using UNIX pre-mode… what do i do?
