My Taskbar looks like Windows ‘98 but I have Vista. How do I fix that?

I have tried to Switch themes under the Control Panel but It will only let me select classic which looks like ‘98 and it’s very Disappointing to star at a Grey bar when you have Vista. Please help me out. I have tried just about everything from Registry cleaners to Youtube Videos.
When I go to Personalize and theme it shows that I do not have any other themes but Classic.
Right click on your desktop and go to personalize. in the window you will see various options click Theme. Click the drop down Theme option & click on Windows vista. i think this will resolve your problem

right click on your desktop and click personilize and you should see taskbar/startmenu click it and you should see the different options
